Indonesian Journal of Public Administration and Policy (IJPAP), with registered ISSN 3123-6480 (print) and 3124-1735 (online), is a scholarly journal published by Yayasan Abdurrauf Cendekia Nusantara, Aceh, Indonesia. The journal is managed and published through the Abdurrauf Institute journal platform at https://journal.abdurraufinstitute.org, which functions solely as the journal’s online publishing platform and domain identity. Abdurrauf Institute does not represent a university, college, or higher education institution.
The journal addresses a wide range of issues and contemporary debates in the field of public administration. Its primary objective is to disseminate conceptual ideas and research findings that contribute to the advancement of studies in public administration and public policy management.
IJPAP focuses on major issues related to the development of public administration and public policy studies. These include, but are not limited to, administrative development, regional policy, regional autonomy and bureaucracy, public civil service, decentralization, economic development and knowledge development, public management, as well as public decision-making processes and techniques. Through these areas of focus, the journal aims to promote scholarly discussions and empirical analyses that strengthen governance practices and policy formulation in the public sector.
The journal was first published in print in September 2025 and is currently also available in an online edition to ensure broader academic accessibility. In each publication year, IJPAP publishes two issues annually, scheduled for March and September. Scholars, researchers, and practitioners are warmly invited to submit their best manuscripts for consideration and publication in this journal.
