Indonesian Journal of Public Administration and Policy is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal dedicated to advancing academic studies in public administration, public policy, and governance. The journal was first established in 2025 and is published by Yayasan Abdurrauf Cendekia Nusantara, Indonesia, as an academic platform that promotes scholarly dialogue among researchers, academics, policymakers, and practitioners in understanding the dynamics of public sector management and policy processes at local, national, and global levels.

The primary focus of this journal is to publish high-quality scholarly works that provide theoretical, conceptual, and empirical contributions to the development of public administration and public policy studies. The published articles are expected to examine various governance phenomena, public policy innovation, bureaucratic reform, and transformations in public sector management in response to contemporary governance challenges. Through the dissemination of rigorous research, the journal aims to strengthen the scientific foundation of public administration studies while offering policy-relevant insights that contribute to improving effectiveness, accountability, and transparency in public governance.

Scope

The scope of the Indonesian Journal of Public Administration and Policy encompasses a wide range of strategic issues in public administration, public policy, and governance. The journal welcomes original research articles, literature reviews, and policy analyses addressing, but not limited to, the following areas:

  1. Public administration, governance, and public sector innovation
  2. Public policy analysis, formulation, implementation, and evaluation
  3. Bureaucratic reform, institutional transformation, and leadership and management in public organizations
  4. Law and public policy, including administrative law and public sector regulation
  5. Public financial management, government budgeting systems, and fiscal accountability
  6. Transparency, accountability, public ethics, and anti-corruption strategies
  7. Digital government (e-government), digital transformation, and the use of data and technology in the public sector
  8. Social policy, public welfare, comparative policy studies, and global governance
