The results of this research show that there is a socio-cultural transformation in overcoming poverty and improving welfare through community empowerment in MBD Regency. The recommendation submitted to the MBD Regency Government is that the direction of social and cultural transformation policies based on integrative social engineering is important so that an empowered, innovative and prosperous society is created.
