Ahlika: Jurnal Hukum Keluarga dan Hukum Islam is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal. This journal publishes research articles, conceptual articles, and book reviews on Islamic family law and Islamic law. It aims to publish articles addressing topics such as law, Islamic law, family regulations, Islamic family law, family studies, Islamic criminal law, customary law, Islamic economic law, Islamic constitutional law, comparative Islamic law, legal anthropology, legal sociology, issues of marriage and gender, as well as the history of Islamic family law and Islamic law. Articles in this journal are published twice a year, in June and December.
Authors are invited to submit manuscripts that fall within the scope of the Ahlika: Jurnal Hukum Keluarga dan Hukum Islam. Please read the information on the peer-review process. The articles published in AHLIKA are going through a double-blind peer-review process. Hence, the decision on whether the scientific article is accepted or not, will be the Editorial Board’s right based on the peer reviewer's recommendation.
