The Ahlika: Jurnal Hukum Keluarga dan Hukum Islam invites scholars and researchers to submit their best manuscripts. All articles should address the topical issues of Islamic law and society in Muslim and non-Muslim countries from various perspectives, covering both theoretical and practical studies. The journal warmly welcomes contributions from scholars and researchers in related disciplines: Islamic family law, Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) and fatwa, Islamic economic law, Islamic criminal law, and Islamic constitutional law.
