Current Issue
Indonesian Journal of Dakwah and Communication aims to advance scholarly understanding and academic discourse in the fields of dakwah, Islamic communication, media, and related interdisciplinary studies by providing a scientific platform for theoretical, empirical, and contemporary research on Islamic preaching and communication in society. The journal encourages the publication of innovative and evidence-based studies that contribute to the development of dakwah practices, digital communication, Islamic media, religious communication, and contemporary Islamic discourse at both national and global levels. Articles in this issue have been available online since June 2026. This issue contains five articles written by authors from various higher education institutions and research backgrounds in Indonesia and Nigeria, addressing contemporary issues in dakwah and communication, including digital dakwah, social media, Hajj and Umrah services, chatbot-mediated interpersonal communication, and Islamic visual communication.
