<p>Learning effectiveness is the relationship between the objectives and outcomes of a learning. The completion of learning outcomes indicates the achievement of the planned learning objectives so that learning is said to be effective. This study aims to determine the effect of Principal Academic Supervision and Performance on the Effectiveness of Learning of Teachers at Tondano State Senior High School, Minahasa Regency: Principal academic supervision has a significant effect on the effectiveness of learning of teachers at Tondano State Senior High School, Minahasa Regency. High School, Minahasa Regency. The population in this study were teachers at Tondano State Senior High School, Minahasa Regency with a sample of 89 teachers. The method used is regression. The data of this study were collected using a questionnaire technique and analyzed using simple and multiple regression techniques tabulated with the SPSS for Windows version 25 program. <p>This research was conducted with the aim of finding outthe influence of communication and human resources in generalpartial and simultaneouson the effectiveness of village fund management.The study used a quantitative approach using explanatory research. The sampling technique was proportional random sampling, namely 67 Heads of Families (KK) from 193 (KK). The data collection technique was a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was multiple regression analysis through the assistance of the SPSS program. The results of the study revealed thatcommunication and human resources have an influencepartial and simultaneouson the effectiveness of village fund management. <p>Indonesia is a developing country with a large population and still faces the complex problem of poverty. In Southeast Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi Province, the poverty rate ranks eighth highest, and this issue is influenced not only by economic factors but also by cultural patterns, lifestyle, and spirituality. This research aims to explore the causes of poverty within the Evangelical Christian Church in Minahasa (GMIM) Moria Towuntu using a qualitative exploratory approach. Data were collected through a snowball sampling technique involving ten families who received social assistance. The results reveal three main causes of poverty: early-age marriage, inherited poverty culture from parents, and laziness. Moreover, from the perspective of Christian faith, poverty is understood as a consequence of structural sin and the family's weak spirituality in practicing Christian values. The inheritance of spiritual values is seen as a key to social transformation, where changes in culture, lifestyle, and spiritual orientation can lead to freedom from poverty. <p>The Arabic-Malay script is a writing system derived from modified Arabic script, adapted to transcribe the Malay language. Its existence has made a significant contribution to the preservation of the language and culture of the Malay people. This article examines the crucial role of the Arabic-Malay script, including its function as a medium for transmitting knowledge and Islamic teachings, a symbol of cultural identity, a tool for preserving the written form of the Malay language, and a means of character education rooted in local values. Despite its historical and cultural importance, this script now faces serious challenges due to the dominant influence of the Latin script in the modern era. Therefore, strategic and sustainable efforts are needed to revive the use of the Arabic-Malay script through education, manuscript digitization, and strengthening cultural literacy. This article emphasizes the urgency of preserving the Arabic-Malay script as a priceless heritage of Malay civilization.</p> <p><strong>Abstrak : </strong></p> <p>Aksara Arab Melayu adalah bentuk sistem tulisan yang berasal dari huruf Arab yang telah disesuaikan untuk menuliskan bahasa Melayu. Keberadaannya memiliki kontribusi yang besar dalam menjaga kelestarian bahasa dan budaya masyarakat Melayu. Tulisan ini mengulas beragam peran penting aksara Arab Melayu, mulai dari alat penyebaran ilmu pengetahuan dan ajaran Islam, penanda identitas budaya, sarana pelestarian bahasa Melayu dalam bentuk tulisan, hingga media pendidikan karakter yang tertanam pada nilai-nilai lokal. Meskipun memiliki nilai sejarah dan budaya yang tinggi, aksara ini kini menghadapi tantangan serius karena pengaruh dominan aksara Latin di era modern. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan langkah-langkah strategis dan berkesinambungan untuk menghidupkan kembali penggunaan aksara Arab Melayu melalui jalur pendidikan, digitalisasi naskah, serta penguatan literasi budaya. This location was chosen because initial data showed that the area was one of the major recipients of BSPS assistance.The purpose of this research is to Describe, analyze and explain the Implementation of the Self-Help Housing Stimulus Assistance (BSPS) Policy in Kauneran Village, Sonder District, Minahasa Regency,This study will use a qualitative approach with the aim of gaining an in-depth understanding of the implementation of the Self-Help Housing Stimulus Assistance policy, as well as identifying the determinant factors that influence the success and obstacles to program implementation in the field. Based on the results of research and discussions that have been conducted regarding the implementation of the Self-Help Housing Stimulus Assistance (BSPS) policy, several main points can be concluded as follows: The implementation of the BSPS Policy in Kauneran Village has not been fully optimal, although in general it is running according to procedure. Several indicators show success such as the distribution of building materials, community involvement, and the involvement of craftsmen. <p>This study aims to describe the effect of differentiated learning and breaking on the learning outcomes of science and natural sciences in grade IV elementary school students in South Tomohon District. The background of this study is based on the fact that students have diverse learning characteristics, while the learning approaches used in class still tend to be uniform. On the other hand, science and natural sciences learning requires active involvement and psychological readiness of students, which are often not optimally developed. This study uses a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental design in the form of a pretest-posttest control group design. The subjects of the study were grade IV elementary school students who were selected purposively. The instruments used were learning outcome tests referring to indicators of science learning achievement and observation sheets for learning implementation. The results of the data analysis showed that there was a significant difference in the results of learning science between students who participated in differentiated learning accompanied by ice breaking and students who participated in conventional learning. The application of differentiated learning helps students learn according to their needs and learning styles, while ice breaking has been proven to improve the pleasant classroom atmosphere and students' mental readiness to learn. These two strategies synergistically provide a positive contribution to improving student learning outcomes. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of differentiated learning combined with ice breaking has a significant effect on the learning outcomes of elementary school students. <p>This study aims to determine the effect of principal leadership and teacher performance on elementary school students' academic achievement. The study was conducted at Elementary School Gugus I, West Likupang District, involving 80 students, 1 principal, and 12 teachers. The method used is a quantitative method with a multiple linear regression approach. Data collection instruments are in the form of questionnaires and documentation. The results of the study indicate that principal leadership has a positive and significant effect on academic achievement, as well as teacher performance which also makes a significant contribution. Simultaneously, both variables have a synergistic effect on student learning outcomes. <p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 36.0pt;"><span lang="EN-US">This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the use of occupational safety equipment on merchant ships in patrol operations carried out by the Bitung Class II Coast Guard Base (PPLP). This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation. The main focus of the study covers three aspects: planning, implementation, and supervision and evaluation of occupational safety equipment maintenance. The results of the study indicate that the maintenance planning system has not been documented in a standard and standard manner, only in the form of monthly reports that are prepared informally without a fixed schedule. The implementation of maintenance is generally preventive, but still depends on the initiative of ship officers and has not been integrated into the digital system. Meanwhile, supervision and evaluation are still internal, reactive, and have not produced comprehensive policy follow-ups. Five main determinant factors were found that influence the effectiveness of the maintenance system, namely completeness of documents, personnel capabilities, availability of spare parts, implementation of digital systems, and safety culture. This study recommends the implementation of a digital-based maintenance management system such as the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), preparation of standard maintenance documents, routine training for ship technicians, and strengthening of data-based supervision and evaluation systems as strategies to improve the reliability of occupational safety systems on merchant ships.</span></p>Muhammad JundiEvi E. <p>This study aims to examine the influence of the Asset Management Information System, HR Competence, and Inventory Management Policy on BMN Administration. This study was conducted at BKN. The data collection technique used a questionnaire distributed to 90 BKN employees with a total sample method with the criteria for selecting respondents, namely BMN management employees and inventory managers. The data analysis of this study used Partial Least Square (PLS) based on variants or components of the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach and tested the influence of independent variables on the dependent variables. Data analysis used the SmartPLS application. The results of the study showed that the asset management information system had a positive and significant effect on the administration of state assets. HR competence and inventory management policies had a positive and moderate effect on the administration of state assets. <p>To find out, identify and analyze the efficiency of operational data management of patrol vessels through an integrated information system at the Bitung Class II Coast Guard Base.In accordance with the problems that the researcher explains, the type of research used by the researcher is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The purpose of this research is to observe and find out what is to be researched..Based on the discussion above, it can be concluded that the efficiency of operational data management of patrol boats at PPLP Class II Bitung is not optimal, this is greatly influenced by the harmonious integration between procedures, resources, and information systems, namely: Procedures, although there are standard operational guidelines as reflected in the implementation of SIM KPLP, these procedures do not fully support real-time reporting and data processing. The technical reporting process of the ship is only carried out once a month, while other workflows such as logistics and administration still use a manual approach. (3) To describe the impact of the strategies implemented on the quality of student learning at State Junior High School 3 Belang. The research method used is qualitative. Data collection techniques using interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study uses data analysis techniques in the field of data reduction, with the process of data reduction and presentation. The results of this study are (1) The strategy of the head of the laboratory in improving the effectiveness of laboratory management at State Junior High School 3 Belang must include several main things, namely, mature planning and management, training and development of Human Resource competencies, utilization of information technology, security and safety in the use of the laboratory, and building internal and external collaboration, all of which are still not optimal. (2) Factors that influence the success of implementing the laboratory head's strategy in improving the effectiveness of laboratory management at State Junior High School 3 Belang are the competence of laboratory staff and technicians, support from the school, and good coordination with subject teachers and laboratory staff. This study uses a qualitative approach, which aims to describe the role of educational units in managing the management of equivalency education at SPNF SKB Minahasa Tenggara Regency. The results of the study prove that the management of Equivalency Education Package C program at SPNF SKB Minahasa Tenggara Regency is implemented through four main stages, namely: 1) Planning. Overall, the planning process has been carried out systematically, participatively, and responsively to the needs of the community. 2) Organizing. Overall, the organization of the Package C Program at SPNF SKB Minahasa Tenggara Regency has been carried out with a systematic, participatory, and needs-based managerial approach. 3) Implementation. Overall, the implementation of the Package C Program at SPNF SKB Minahasa Tenggara Regency has gone quite well and reflects the application of the principles of flexibility, active participation, and adaptation to the needs of students. 4) Supervision and Evaluation. <p>This study aims to determine the effect of social competence and teacher personality on the motivation to learn history of class X students at SMA Negeri 1 Guru Lombok Kalawat. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative method. The research sample consisted of 160 students selected using proportional random sampling techniques from a total population of 267 students. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale, and analyzed using multiple linear regression through the SPSS version 30 program. The results of the study showed that partially and simultaneously, social competence and teacher personality competence had a significant effect on students' motivation to learn history. The significance value of the social competence variable (X1) was 0.001 and personality competence (X2) was 0.029, both of which were less than 0.05. The regression equation obtained was Y = 45.575 + 0.310X1 + 0.196X2, indicating that increasing social competence and teacher personality were positively correlated with increasing students' motivation to learn history. The classical assumption test value showed no violation of normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity.</p> <p><strong>Abstrak:</strong></p> <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi sosial dan kepribadian guru terhadap motivasi belajar sejarah siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Guru Lombok Kalawat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 160 mahasiswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik sampling acak proporsional dari total populasi 267 mahasiswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert, dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda melalui program SPSS versi 30. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian dan bersamaan, kompetensi sosial dan kompetensi kepribadian guru memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap motivasi siswa untuk belajar sejarah. Nilai signifikansi variabel kompetensi sosial (X1) adalah 0,001 dan kompetensi kepribadian (X2) adalah 0,029, keduanya kurang dari 0,05. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh adalah Y = 45,575 + 0,310X1 + 0,196X2, menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kompetensi sosial dan kepribadian guru berkorelasi positif dengan peningkatan motivasi siswa untuk belajar sejarah. <p>This study aims to explore the influence of teacher creativity and learning media on students' academic achievement in social studies. The core concept of this study emphasizes the essential role of teacher creativity in maximizing the use of existing learning media to improve student learning outcomes. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey involving the entire student population. Teacher creativity and learning media are identified as independent variables, while student learning outcomes function as dependent variables. The data analysis process was carried out using a descriptive statistical approach and hypothesis testing using the coefficient of determination and linear regression. Before conducting the main analysis, the prerequisites were tested consisting of normality, linearity, and multicollinearity. The research findings indicate a significant partial influence: teacher creativity contributes 90.1% and learning media 91.4% to learning outcomes. Simultaneous analysis shows a significance value of 0.001</p> <p><strong>Abstrak: </strong>Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh kreativitas guru dan sarana pembelajaran terhadap pencapaian akademik siswa dalam pelajaran IPS. Konsep inti dari penelitian ini menekankan peranan esensial kreativitas guru dalam memaksimalkan pemanfaatan sarana pembelajaran yang ada untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan metode kuantitatif dengan survei yang melibatkan keseluruhan populasi siswa. Kreativitas guru dan sarana pembelajaran diidentifikasi sebagai variabel bebas, sedangkan hasil belajar siswa berfungsi sebagai variabel terikat. Proses analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan statistik deskriptif serta pengujian hipotesis menggunakan koefisien determinasi dan regresi linier. Sebelum melakukan analisis utama, diuji prasyarat yang terdiri dari normalitas, linieritas, dan multikolinieritas. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan adanya pengaruh signifikan secara parsial: kreativitas guru memberikan kontribusi sebesar 90,1% dan sarana pembelajaran sebesar 91,4% terhadap hasil belajar. <p>This study investigates how the TPACK (Technological, Pedagogical, and Content Knowledge) learning model is used in the character development of students at SMP Katolik Hati Kudus Keroit. Based on this issue, the focus of the research includes: 1) exploring teachers’ perceptions of the TPACK model in student character development; 2) identifying how TPACK is implemented in the learning process; and 3) analyzing the challenges and opportunities in integrating TPACK for character development at SMP Katolik Hati Kudus Keroit. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method with data collected through interviews, direct observation, and documentation. The research subjects include the principal, teachers, and students of SMP Katolik Hati Kudus Keroit. The findings show that TPACK has been applied in the learning process and has had a positive impact on students’ character development. The implementation of TPACK is reflected in the preparation of lesson plans, assessment of students’ learning styles and interests, formulation of learning objectives, and the selection and use of appropriate educational technology. However, the implementation of TPACK in character development still faces several obstacles, particularly regarding inadequate technological infrastructure, limited mastery of technological aspects, and challenges in pedagogical and content knowledge among teachers.</p> <p><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Masalah yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana model pembelajaran TPACK (Technological, Pedagogical and Content Knowledge) digunakan dalam pengembangan karakter siswa di SMP Katolik Hati Kudus Keroit. Berdasarkan masalah di atas, maka fokus penelitian ini yaitu: 1) mengeksplorasi persepsi guru terhadap model pembelajaran TPACK dalam pengembangan karakter siswa; 2) untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi TPACK dalam proses pembelajaran; 3) serta menganalisis tantangan dan peluang dalam mengintegrasikan TPACK untuk pengembangan karakter di SMP Katolik Hati Kudus Keroit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi langsung dan. Subjek penelitian adalah Kepala Sekolah, guru dan siswa di SMP Katolik Hati Kudus Keroit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa TPACK telah digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran dan berdampak positif terhadap pengembangan karakter siswa di SMP Katolik Hati Kudus Keroit. Penerapan TPACK telah dilaksanakan melalui penyusunan rencana pembelajaran, asesmen gaya belajar dan minat siswa, penentuan tujuan pembelajaran dan pemilihan serta penggunaan teknologi pembelajaran yang sesuai. <p>This study aims to assess how effective the implementation of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) approach combined with the Snowball Throwing method and supported by Canva is on students' creative thinking skills and learning achievements in social studies at SMPN 4 Tondano. The method used is quasi-experimental, where two classes are involved: the experimental class receives integrated PjBL treatment, while the control class is taught in the traditional way. Data were obtained through pre-tests and post-tests, observation sheets, and student response questionnaires. The findings of this study indicate a significant increase in students' creative thinking skills in the experimental group when compared to the control group. Indicators such as fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration show significant progress after the intervention. In addition, students in the experimental class achieved better learning outcomes, as seen from the statistically significant difference in the final test scores.</p> <p><strong>Abstrak:</strong></p> <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai seberapa efektif penerapan pendekatan Project-Based Learning (PjBL) yang dipadukan dengan metode Snowball Throwing dan didukung oleh Canva terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa serta pencapaian belajar di bidang IPS di SMPN 4 Tondano. Metode yang digunakan adalah quasi-eksperimental, di mana dua kelas terlibat: kelas eksperimen mendapatkan perlakuan PjBL yang terintegrasi, sementara kelas kontrol diajarkan dengan cara tradisional. Data diperoleh melalui tes awal dan tes akhir, lembar observasi, serta kuesioner tanggapan dari siswa. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa pada kelompok eksperimen jika dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Indikator seperti kelancaran, fleksibilitas, orisinalitas, serta elaborasi menunjukkan kemajuan yang signifikan setelah intervensi. <p>This study aims to determine and analyze the increase in nationalism attitudes through history subjects in class X students of SMK Cokroaminoto Kotamobagu. The main focus of the study includes understanding students' nationalism attitudes, the role of history teachers, obstacles faced, and efforts made to instill nationalism. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of the study were class X students and history teachers at SMK Cokroaminoto Kotamobagu. The results of the study indicate that students' nationalism attitudes still need to be improved, as seen from the low participation in activities that reflect love for the country. The role of teachers is very important in instilling nationalist values ??through history teaching methods that touch on students' emotional and intellectual aspects. The main obstacles in fostering nationalism come from the influence of globalization, foreign cultures, and lack of student discipline. Efforts made include increasing history learning activities that contain national values, strengthening the role of teachers as motivators, and involving students in activities that foster a spirit of nationalism. This study suggests that collaboration between schools and parents be strengthened in shaping students' nationalist character.</p> <p><strong>Abstrak: </strong>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis peningkatan sikap nasionalisme melalui mata pelajaran sejarah pada siswa kelas X SMK Cokroaminoto Kotamobagu. Fokus utama penelitian mencakup pemahaman tentang sikap nasionalisme siswa, peran guru sejarah, kendala yang dihadapi, serta upaya yang dilakukan untuk menanamkan nasionalisme. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X dan guru sejarah di SMK Cokroaminoto Kotamobagu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap nasionalisme siswa masih perlu ditingkatkan, terlihat dari rendahnya partisipasi dalam kegiatan-kegiatan yang mencerminkan cinta tanah air. Peran guru sangat penting dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai nasionalisme melalui metode pengajaran sejarah yang menyentuh aspek emosional dan intelektual siswa. Kendala utama dalam menumbuhkan nasionalisme berasal dari pengaruh globalisasi, budaya asing, dan kurangnya kedisiplinan siswa. Upaya yang dilakukan antara lain adalah peningkatan kegiatan pembelajaran sejarah yang bermuatan nilai kebangsaan, penguatan peran guru sebagai motivator, serta melibatkan siswa dalam kegiatan yang menumbuhkan semangat nasionalisme. <p>This study aims to analyze the use of smartphones in society and its impact on daily life. In today's digital era, smartphones have become an integral part of people's lives, affecting various aspects such as communication, entertainment, education, and work. The method used in this study was a survey and interviews with a sample of families living in Rumengkor Village. The results showed that smartphone use has increased rapidly, with most respondents using smartphones for household needs. People tend to use smartphones for communication and information access purposes, but there are also negative impacts, such as addiction, sleep disorders, and decreased face-to-face social interaction. This study also found that there were good benefits in using smartphones, especially in the Rumengkor village area.</p> <p><strong>Abstrak: </strong>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan smartphone pada masyarakat dan dampaknya terhadap kehidupan sehari-hari. Dalam era digital saat ini, smartphone telah menjadi bagian integral dari kehidupan masyarakat, memengaruhi berbagai aspek seperti komunikasi, hiburan, pendidikan, dan pekerjaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei dan wawancara dengan sampel keluarga yang tinggal di Desa Rumengkor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan smartphone meningkat pesat, dengan sebagian besar responden menggunakannya smartphone untuk kebutuhan rumah tangga, Masyarakat cenderung menggunakan smartphone untuk tujuan komunikasi dan akses informasi, namun terdapat pula dampak negatif, seperti kecanduan, gangguan tidur, dan penurunan interaksi sosial tatap muka. <p>The purpose of this study was to analyze the perceptions of teachers in the implementation of the independent learning curriculum at SMP Katolik Santu Petrus Tumaluntung and the factors that hinder the implementation of the independent learning curriculum at SMP Katolik Santu Petrus Tumaluntung. The research method used in this study is qualitative research with data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and interviews. The data sources are the principal and teachers at SMP Katolik Santu Petrus Tumaluntung. The results of the study indicate that the perceptions of teachers in the implementation of the independent learning curriculum at SMP Katolik Santu Petrus Tumaluntung obtained positive conclusions because the teachers at SMP Katolik Santu Petrus Tumaluntung were able to implement the independent learning curriculum and were able to adapt to the independent learning curriculum. In addition, the perceptions of teachers at SMP Katolik Santu Petrus Tumaluntung have several indicators in the implementation of the independent learning curriculum, including: teacher perceptions of learning planning, learning implementation, assessment techniques in the independent learning curriculum and factors that hinder the implementation of the independent learning curriculum are the quality of human resources that are less than optimal, lack of teacher readiness in implementing the independent learning curriculum and the lack of training that can be followed by teachers</p> <p><strong>Abstrak: </strong>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tentang persepsi guru dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar di SMP Katolik Santu Petrus Tumaluntung dan faktor-faktor yang menghambat implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar di SMP Katolik Santu Petrus Tumaluntung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Sumber data adalah kepala sekolah dan guru di SMP Katolik Santu Petrus Tumaluntung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Persepsi guru dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar di SMP Katolik Santu Petrus Tumaluntung didapatkan kesimpulan yang positif karena guru yang ada di SMP Katolik Santu Petrus Tumaluntung mampu menerapkan kurikulum merdeka belajar dan mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan kurikulum merdeka belajar. <p>This research examines the shift of Mapalus cultural values in the life of the people of Kauditan 1 Village, North Minahasa Regency. The focus of the research includes identification of Mapalus values, analysis of its shift, and efforts to preserve it. Qualitative research method with the determination of research subjects by purposive method. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation using qualitative analysis according to Milles and Hubberman. The research results are as follows: 1) The types of Mapalus activities that exist in the life of the Kauditan 1 Village community, namely: Mapalus activities in farming, Mapalus activities in social life: helping when there is a natural disaster, death, or accident, Mapalus activities in building houses, repairing roofs, digging wells, Mapalus activities in terms of parties, such as weddings, circumcisions, and Mapalus activities to make irrigation, bridges, and build or repair roads. 2) Mapalus culture that is considered important in the life of the community, namely: Mapalus farming, Mapalus culture in social activities such as death, marriage, and repairing public facilities or what is known as social service. 3) Shifts or changes in cultural values in Mapalus activities, namely Changes in Mapalus work replaced with money (paying services and wages), The existence of organic solidarity, which considers hiring labour more practical, The fading of the value of togetherness in society, and Changes in social behaviour, and 4) Efforts to preserve cultural values in Mapalus or mapalus activities in community life, namely: as follows: a) Providing learning mapalus values to the general public, b) Socialisation process to the community about the values of togetherness, c) Strengthening existing Mapalus or mapalus activities, and d) Reviving Mapalus or mapalus activities.</p> <p><strong>Abstrak: </strong>Penelitian ini mengkaji pergeseran nilai-nilai budaya mapalus dalam kehidupan masyarakat Desa Kauditan 1 Kabupaten Minahasa Utara. Fokus penelitian meliputi identifikasi nilai-nilai Mapalus, analisis pergeserannya, dan upaya pelestariannya. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan penentuan subyek penelitian dengan cara pusposive. Teknik pengumpulan data yakni observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi menggunakan analisis kualitatif menurut Milles dan Hubberman. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: 1) Jenis-jenis kegiatan mapalus yang ada dalam kehidupan masyarakat desa kauditan 1, yakni: kegiatan mapalus dalam bercocok tanam, kegiatan mapalus dalam kehidupan sosial: membantu saat ada bencana alam, kematian, atau kecelakaan, kegiatan mapalus dalam membangun rumah, memperbaiki atap, menggali sumur, kegiatan mapalus dalam hal pesta, seperti pernikahan, khitanan, dan kegiatan mapalus membuat irigasi, jembatan, dan membangun ataupun memperbaiki jalan. 2) Budaya mapalus yang dianggap penting dalam kehidupan masyarakat yakni: mapalus bercocok tanam, budaya mapalus dalam kegiatan sosial seperti kematian, pernikahan, dan memperbaiki fasilitas umum atau yang dikenal dengan kerja bakti sosial. 3) Pergeseran atau perubahan nilai-nilai budaya dalam kegiatan mapalus yakni terjadi perubahan kerja mapalus diganti dengan uang (membayar jasa dan upah), adanya solidaritas organik, yang menganggap sewa buruh lebih praktis, lunturnya nilai kebersamaan dalam masyarakat, dan perubahan perilaku sosial, dan 4) Usaha melestarikan nilai- nilai budaya dalam kegiatan mapalus atau mapalus dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat yakni: a) Pemberian pembelajaran nilai-nilai mapalus pada masyarakat umum, b) Proses sosialisasi kepada masyarakat tentang nilai-nilai kebersamaan, c) Penguatan kegiatan mapalus atau mapalus yang ada, dan d) menghidupkan kegiatan mapalus atau mapalus.</p> <p><strong>Kata kunci: </strong>Pergeseran nilai, Nilai budaya, Mapalus</p>Dessy Trully Caterine KatuukFerdinand KerebunguItje PangkeyPaulus R. <p>Misogynistic allegations between religious communities in Islamic religious texts make the permanent doctrine of an inclusive understanding of Islam among its adherents make the confusion of Islam revealed as a blessing for the whole world. So in this study the author wants to present the deconstruction of the concept of inter-religious ridho in Qs. al-Baqarah : 120 comprehensive and compatible. This study uses the Ma'na Cum Magzha approach which was initiated by Sahiron Syamsudin with a descriptive-analytical-critical presentation method that adheres to the workings of deconstruction. The results of this study show that first, the main message of the Koran in this verse is that discontent is directed at the inherent nature of the Jews and Christians at the time of the Apostles, namely treason and full of bad tactics. Second, the concept of pleasure for a person no longer looks at what religion he is, but at what is his nature, character and behavior, so that the deconstruction of the concept of ridho provides a new perspective for understanding the Koran in order to avoid religious inclusivism.</p> <p><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Dugaan misoginis antar umat beragama dalam teks-teks agama Islam membuat doktrin permanen terhadap pemahaman Islam inklusif pada penganutnya membuat kerancuan Islam diturunkan sebagai rahmat bagi seluruh alam. Maka dalam penelitian ini penulis ingin menghadirkan dekonstruksi konsep ridho antar umat beragama dalam Qs. al-Baqarah : 120 yang komprehensif dan kompatibel. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Ma’na Cum Magzha yang digagas oleh Sahiron Syamsudin dengan metode penyajian deskriptif-analitis-kritis yang menganut cara kerja dekonstruksi. Hasil penelitian ini menjunjukkan <em>pertama</em>, pesan utama al-Quran dalam ayat ini adalah ketidakridhan itu tertuju terhadap sifat yang melekat pada orang Yahudi dan Nasrani pada zaman Rasul yaitu khianat dan penuh dengan siasat buruk. Kedua, konsep keridhoan terhadap seseorang tidak lagi melihat kepada agamanya apa, namun kepada apa yang menjadi sifat, watak dan perilakunya, sehingga dekonstruksi konsep ridho ini memberikan padangan baru untuk memahami al-Quran agar terhindari dari inklusivisme beragama.</p> <p><strong>Kata kunci</strong> : Dekonstruksi, Ridho, Ma’na-Cum-Magzha.</p>Rinaldo Rinaldo

<p>Arabic-Malay script was once the dominant writing system in the Nusantara region, particularly during the golden age of Islamic kingdoms. This script was used across various domains of life, including education, da’wah (Islamic propagation), governmental administration, and the writing of literature and religious texts. However, the arrival of colonialism and the wave of modernization led to its decline and eventual displacement by the Latin alphabet. This study aims to examine the history and development of Arabic-Malay literacy in the Nusantara and to explore the challenges and preservation efforts in the contemporary era. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive method based on literature studies, using a thematic approach to various historical and academic sources. The findings reveal that although the use of Arabic-Malay has significantly diminished, various initiatives have emerged to revitalize the script, particularly through local education, manuscript digitization, and the active role of Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) and cultural communities. The preservation of Arabic-Malay is not only essential for safeguarding the Islamic literacy heritage of the Nusantara but also serves as a strategic effort to uphold local cultural identity amid the forces of globalization.</p> <p><strong>Abstrak: </strong>Aksara Arab Melayu merupakan sistem tulisan yang pernah mendominasi literasi di wilayah Nusantara, khususnya pada masa kejayaan kerajaan-kerajaan Islam. Aksara ini digunakan dalam berbagai bidang kehidupan, seperti pendidikan, dakwah, administrasi pemerintahan, hingga penulisan sastra dan karya keagamaan. Namun, kedatangan kolonialisme dan modernisasi menyebabkan Arab Melayu mengalami kemunduran dan tergeser oleh huruf Latin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sejarah dan perkembangan baca tulis Arab Melayu di Nusantara serta menelusuri tantangan dan upaya pelestariannya di era kontemporer. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif berbasis studi literatur dengan pendekatan tematik terhadap berbagai sumber historis dan akademik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun penggunaan Arab Melayu telah menurun secara signifikan, masih terdapat berbagai inisiatif untuk merevitalisasi aksara ini, terutama melalui pendidikan lokal, digitalisasi manuskrip, dan peran aktif pesantren serta komunitas budaya. Pelestarian Arab Melayu tidak hanya penting dalam menjaga warisan literasi Islam di Nusantara, tetapi juga menjadi bagian strategis dalam mempertahankan identitas budaya lokal di tengah arus globalisasi.</p> <p><strong>Kata Kunci:</strong> Arab Melayu, literasi Islam, sejarah aksara, pelestarian budaya, Nusantara.</p>Indah RizkiaSri Mawaddah

<p>The problem addressed in this study is how to enhance students’ activeness and learning motivation in the Sociology subject, focusing on the issue of low student engagement during the learning process. This research employed a qualitative method with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings show that the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model in Grade XI Sociology classes significantly increases students’ participation and enthusiasm for learning. By applying this model, students not only gain theoretical knowledge but also develop essential skills such as creative problem-solving, collaboration, and critical thinking. Despite facing several challenges such as limited time and facilities, efforts to overcome these obstacles ensure that the Problem-Based Learning model remains an effective and enjoyable approach for enhancing the quality of students’ learning experiences.</p> <p><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Masalah penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana meningkatkan keaktifan dan motivasi belajar peserta didik pada mata pembelajaran sosiologi, dengan fokus masalah peserta didik yang kurang aktif dalam proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitaif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi,wawancara dan dokumentai sehingga hasil dalam penelitian ini yaitu: implementasi metode pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah di pelajaran Sosiologi untuk kelas XI mampu meningkatkan partisipasi dan semangat belajar peserta didik dengan signifikan. Dengan menerapkan model ini, peserta didik tidak hanya memperoleh pengetahuan teori, tetapi juga mengasah kemampuan penting dalam menyelesaikan masalah secara kreatif, bekerja sama, dan berpikir kritis. <p>Phishing is a digital crime that targets victims’ sensitive information or data via email, social media posts, or text messages. This research on phishing focuses on the criminal law policies regulated in Indonesia and Malaysia as a preventive effort against phishing. In order to examine these issues, this study employs a normative research method with a statute-based approach, a conceptual approach, and a comparative approach. The legal comparison is conducted on personal data protection regulations applicable in Indonesia and Malaysia, namely Indonesia’s Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP) and Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010 (Act 709) as amended by the Personal Data Protection (Amendment) Act 2024 (Act A1727). The objectives of this study are to analyze the criminal policies of Indonesia and Malaysia in addressing phishing crimes and to identify gaps in existing regulations. The findings indicate that criminal sanctions under personal data protection law in Indonesia are more severe than in Malaysia. Violations of the Indonesian PDP Law carry a maximum prison sentence of 4 to 6 years and a fine between IDR 4,000,000,000 and IDR 6,000,000,000. In contrast, Malaysia stipulates lighter criminal sanctions, with a maximum prison term of 1 to 3 years, and the 2024 amendments to the PDPA (Act A1727) impose a maximum fine of RM 1 million. Moving forward, policy responses to address phishing crimes must emphasize three key aspects: first, institutional strengthening of the body responsible for enforcing personal data protection in Indonesia; second, enhanced international cooperation in law enforcement; and third, the establishment of victim protection mechanisms through compensation frameworks.</p> <p><strong>Abstrak: </strong><em>Phishing</em> adalah kejahatan digital yang menargetkan informasi atau data sensitif korban melalui email, unggahan media sosial, atau pesan teks. Penelitian tentang phising ini difokuskan pada kebijakan hukum pidana yang diatur di Indonesia dan Malaysia sebagai upaya pencegahan phising. Dalam rangka mengkaji mengenai hal tersebut penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian normatif dengan pendekatan perundang- undangan (<em>statute approach</em>), pendekatan konsep (<em>conseptual approach</em>), dan pendekatan perbandingan. Perbandingan hukum dilakukan pada regulasi perlindungan data pribadi yang berlaku di Indonesia dan Malaysia yaitu dalam UU Undang-Undang No. 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Perlindungan Data Pribadi (UU PDP) dan <em>Personal Data Protection Act </em>(PDPA) 2010 (<em>Act </em>709) serta Akta A1727 Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi (Pindaan) 2024. Tujuan dari penelitan ini untuk menganalisis kebijakan kriminal Indonesia dan Malaysia dalam menanggulangi tindak pidana phising. Selain itu, untuk mengidentifikasi kesenjangan dalam regulasi yang ada. Hasil penelitian menemukan sanksi pidana dalam undang-undang perlindungan pribadi di Indonesia lebih tinggi daripada di Malaysia. Sanksi pidana terhadap pelanggaran UU PDP adalah penjara maksimum 4 s.d.6 tahun dan denda maksimum antara Rp4.000.000.000,-s.d. Rp6.000.000.000,-. Malaysia mengatur sanksi pidana yang lebih rendah yaitu maksimum 1 s.d. 3 tahun, sedangkan berdasarkan Amandemen <em>Personal Data Protection Act</em> (PDPA) 2010 (Act 709) tahun 2024 yang tercantum Akta A1727 Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi (Pindaan) 2024 pidana denda menjadi RM 1 Juta. <p>The intensification of economic relations between both countries, reaching USD 19.2 billion in 2022, creates an urgent need for effective and predictable dispute resolution mechanisms. Employing normative juridical methods with comparative legal approach, this study examines the arbitration legal framework of both countries through comprehensive analysis of Indonesia's Law No. 30/1999 and Malaysia's Arbitration Act 2005. The findings reveal fundamental differences in philosophical approaches, where Indonesia implements a hybrid system integrating UNCITRAL Model Law with civil law characteristics and national legal values, while Malaysia adopts a direct adoption approach with minimal intervention principles. Significant disparities are identified in arbitrability concepts, formal requirements for arbitration agreements, and award enforcement mechanisms. Indonesia applies a restrictive approach with intensive court supervision, whereas Malaysia employs a liberal approach with an integrated system. Institutional capacity differences between BANI and AIAC also create challenges in harmonizing bilateral arbitration practices. This research recommends developing bilateral arbitration protocols, establishing joint arbitration panels, and harmonizing legal frameworks to enhance the effectiveness of Indonesia-Malaysia commercial dispute resolution.</p> <p><strong>Abstrak: </strong>Intensifikasi hubungan ekonomi kedua negara yang mencapai USD 19,2 miliar pada tahun 2022 menciptakan kebutuhan mendesak akan mekanisme penyelesaian sengketa yang efektif dan dapat diprediksi. Menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perbandingan hukum, penelitian ini mengkaji <em>framework</em> hukum arbitrase kedua negara melalui analisis komprehensif terhadap UU No. 30/1999 Indonesia dan <em>Arbitration Act</em> 2005 Malaysia. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan perbedaan fundamental dalam pendekatan filosofis, dimana Indonesia menerapkan sistem hibrida yang memadukan UNCITRAL <em>Model Law</em> dengan karakteristik <em>civil law</em> dan nilai hukum nasional, sementara Malaysia mengadopsi pendekatan adopsi langsung dengan prinsip minimal <em>intervention</em>. Disparitas signifikan teridentifikasi dalam konsep arbitrabilitas, persyaratan formal perjanjian arbitrase, dan mekanisme pelaksanaan putusan. Indonesia menerapkan pendekatan restriktif dengan pengawasan pengadilan intensif, sedangkan Malaysia menggunakan pendekatan liberal dengan sistem terpadu. Perbedaan kapasitas institusional antara BANI dan AIAC juga menciptakan tantangan dalam harmonisasi praktik arbitrase bilateral. <p>This study was prompted by the tragic death of a child in Dompu Regency due to negligence in the use of a Pre-Charged Pneumatic (PCP) air rifle. The incident raises legal questions concerning criminal liability for negligence and highlights the absence of specific regulations governing the ownership and use of air rifles within Indonesia's legal system. This research aims to examine the legal elements of negligence under Article 359 of the Indonesian Penal Code (KUHP) and to assess the effectiveness of law enforcement in cases involving non-firearm weapons that lack explicit legal classification. A normative legal method combined with an empirical approach was employed, involving interviews with law enforcement officials and the victim's family, as well as field observations and literature review. The findings indicate that the air rifle was used without supervision or adequate safety measures, fulfilling the criteria of negligence under Article 359 KUHP. The lack of specific regulation hinders legal enforcement and creates normative dilemmas for authorities. Thus, this study underscores the urgency of establishing legal frameworks for classifying and regulating air rifle usage, along with public education on its legal and safety implications. Regulatory reform is essential to ensure legal certainty and protection, particularly for vulnerable groups such as children</p> <p><strong>Abstrak: </strong>Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kasus kematian seorang anak di Kabupaten Dompu akibat kelalaian dalam penggunaan senapan angin jenis Pre-Charged Pneumatic (PCP). Peristiwa ini menimbulkan persoalan yuridis terkait pertanggungjawaban pidana atas kelalaian, serta mengungkap kekosongan hukum terkait regulasi kepemilikan dan penggunaan senapan angin dalam sistem hukum Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis unsur kelalaian dalam konteks Pasal 359 KUHP dan mengevaluasi efektivitas penegakan hukum dalam kasus senjata non-api yang belum diatur secara spesifik. Metode yang digunakan adalah yuridis-normatif dengan pendekatan empiris melalui wawancara dan observasi lapangan, serta studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan senapan angin tanpa pengawasan dan standar keamanan yang layak telah memenuhi unsur kealpaan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 359 KUHP. Ketiadaan regulasi khusus menyebabkan kendala dalam pembuktian dan penyidikan, serta menimbulkan dilema normatif bagi aparat penegak hukum. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan regulasi khusus yang mengatur klasifikasi dan penggunaan senapan angin, serta edukasi publik mengenai risiko dan tanggung jawab hukumnya. <p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-ID">Agricultural agribusiness is an important sector in the economic development and food security of a country. In the last two decades, agribusiness has undergone significant transformation influenced by technological advances, climate change, and globalization. This article is a literature review that analyzes various scientific literature on the development of agricultural agribusiness, the challenges faced, and the opportunities that can be utilized. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature study method from national and international scientific journals. The results of the study indicate that the main challenges of agribusiness today include dependence on imported inputs, low adoption of digital technology, and climate uncertainty. However, there are great opportunities through the development of agritech, product diversification, and strengthening of digital-based supply chains. This study recommends the need for collaboration between the government, private sector, and farmers in encouraging sustainable agribusiness growth.</span></p>Mery Berlian

<p>This study aims to analyze the influence of E-Performance and work environment on employee performance, with work discipline as an intervening variable at the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of North Sulawesi Province. The problems raised are related to the stagnation of employee performance even though the E-Performance system has been implemented and the work environment has been improved. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through a questionnaire to 81 ASN employees and is analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study indicate that E-Performance has a positive and significant effect on work discipline and employee performance. The work environment has a significant effect on work discipline, but does not have a direct effect on employee performance. Work discipline is proven to have a significant effect on employee performance, as well as mediating the relationship between E-Performance and the work environment on employee performance. This finding confirms that improving employee performance requires the support of an effective digital system and a comfortable work environment, accompanied by strong disciplinary coaching.</p>Michelle M.K. <p>This study investigates the effect of digital competence and leadership on employee performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable, within the Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM) of the Ministry of Communication and Digital. The research is motivated by the demands of digital transformation in public bureaucracy, requiring employees to possess digital skills and be guided by adaptive leaders. Although employee performance at BPSDM has shown improvement over the past five years, issues remain regarding the effective use of technology and leadership quality. Job satisfaction is also considered a potential mediating factor linking competence and leadership with performance outcomes. A quantitative approach was used, testing seven hypotheses through path analysis. The findings reveal that digital competence has no significant impact on job satisfaction or employee performance. Similarly, leadership does not significantly influence performance but has a strong effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction itself does not significantly affect performance and fails to mediate the relationship between digital competence or leadership and employee performance. Out of the seven hypotheses proposed, only one was accepted: leadership significantly influences job satisfaction. These results imply that while leadership can foster job satisfaction, it is not sufficient to enhance employee performance directly or indirectly. Furthermore, digital competence has not yet become a key factor in improving performance or satisfaction in this context. This study contributes to the understanding of how human resource variables interact in public organizations undergoing digital change and provides insight for policymakers aiming to improve performance through leadership and digital skill development.</p>Ratna WidyastutiIrvan TrangRita N. <p>This research aims to determine the correct implementation of inventory management analysis using the Always Better Control (ABC), Lead Time, Safety Stock, and Re-Order Point methods, whether they are in accordance with the current inventory management process which is running in a systematic manner. This research is a type of quantitative research with a descriptive approach where this research uses secondary data sources, the Time Series data collection method was collected using the documentation method with a Purposive Sampling Technique research sample from a total of 3068 consumables at the PT Siloam International Hospitals Manado Pharmacy Installation in the author's research using a time series data approach with a time span of 3 months from January-March 2025. <p>This study aims to determine whether Promotion, Price Perception, Service Quality, Culture, and Brand Image have an influence on Purchase Intention toward Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) products in South Minahasa Regency. The sample used in this research consisted of 97 respondents who had previously purchased MSMEs products. The data collection techniques involved questionnaires as primary data and literature studies as secondary data. The data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis, tested with IBM SPSS Statistics 29 software. The results indicate that the variables Promotion, Price Perception, Service Quality, Culture, and Brand Image simultaneously have a significant effect on Consumer Purchase Intention. This means that purchase intention is influenced not by a single factor but by multiple factors. Furthermore, each independent variable also has a significant partial effect on the dependent variable. This implies that effective promotion, competitive pricing, high-quality service, alignment with local culture, and a strong brand image can enhance consumer purchase intention for MSMEs products.</p>Karenia KeintjemAgus S. <p>PAUD Melati 03 is an early childhood education institution committed to improving operational effectiveness through optimal financial administration management. To support this, a system is needed that can record and manage financial transactions efficiently and in a structured manner. This study aims to develop a web-based financial administration system to enhance the efficiency, transparency, and security of the institution's financial management. The system is designed using the Laravel 10 framework and Filament to facilitate various financial transactions, such as recording income and expenses, calculating teacher salaries based on attendance, and managing student tuition billing. The implementation results show that the system supports more organized financial management, secure data storage, and automatic generation of financial reports. Additionally, the system provides different access levels according to user roles—such as admin, principal, treasurer, teacher, and parent—thereby promoting collaboration and accountability within the PAUD environment.</p> <p><strong>Abstrak:</strong> PAUD Melati 03 merupakan lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini yang memiliki komitmen untuk meningkatkan efektivitas operasional melalui pengelolaan administrasi keuangan yang optimal. Untuk mendukung hal tersebut, diperlukan sistem yang mampu mencatat dan mengelola transaksi keuangan secara efisien dan terstruktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem administrasi keuangan berbasis web guna meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan keamanan dalam pengelolaan keuangan lembaga. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan framework Laravel 10 dan Filament untuk memfasilitasi berbagai transaksi keuangan, seperti pencatatan pemasukan dan pengeluaran, penghitungan gaji guru berbasis kehadiran, serta pengelolaan tagihan SPP siswa. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem mendukung pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih terorganisir, penyimpanan data yang aman, dan pembuatan laporan keuangan secara otomatis.
